The softness of vintage and the elegance of musk...

Without ingredients from the othet side of the world:

Virgin soybean oil* (Germany) : Cold-pressed from soybean seeds, this oil retains more of its active compounds. Rich in vitamin E and essential fatty acids, it nourishes, protects and contributes to skin elasticity.

Rapeseed wax ¹˒² (France ): Ethical alternative to beeswax — rapeseed wax is 100% plant-based. It softens and smooths the skin – forms a light protective film without a greasy effect – and gives a nice hold to the soap.

White clay² (Spain) : White clay (kaolin) is a 100% natural mineral powder, known for its purifying and soothing properties. It gently cleanses the skin, absorbs excess sebum and enhances the skin — even the most sensitive.

Salt² (France) : It naturally hardens the soap, stabilises its lather and improves its longevity.

Musk Fragrance (United Kingdom): A soft and elegant fragrance.

Sodium lactate (fermented beet sugar)¹˒² (France) : It helps to maintain skin hydration while improving the texture of the soap. By making it harder and smoother, it helps to extend its lifespan.

Glycerin** : It helps to maintain the skin's natural hydration by aiding in the retention of water in the superficial layers of the epidermis. Gentle and non-greasy — it leaves the skin supple, comfortable, and better protected against tightness and dryness.

Tocopherol (Vitamin E)¹˒² (Spain): A plant-derived antioxidant, tocopherol helps preserve the soap’s stability over time. It also helps maintain skin hydration and contributes to protecting the skin from external aggressors.

Iron Oxide/Ultramarine² (European Union): Mineral-based pigments.

... and of course, of the water and of the lye¹ (France), to transform almost all fats into soap and glycerin** — to preserve the benefits of these ingredients for your skin!

Tradition and innovation: from cost to resource

The production of cold process superfat soaps is part of a long tradition.

For a long time, it relied on animal fats to ensure the hardness and longevity of the soap, before shifting towards vegetable fats or the addition of beeswax.

But this evolution is not without cost — particularly environmental.

The oils and vegetable fats providing structure and hardness to the soap (rich in saturated fatty acids) come almost exclusively from the Southern Hemisphere.

Thus, through research and trials, we have managed to formulate a soap vegan and without ingredients from the ends of the earth, thanks to the rapeseed wax, rich in saturated fatty acids and certified ECOCERT — a true alternative to beeswax and animal fats.
